COCONUT MCT OIL
Coconut MCT oil, or Medium-Chain Triglyceride oil, is a type of oil derived from coconut oil. It primarily contains medium-chain fatty acids, which are fats that are metabolized differently from long-chain fatty acids found in most other fats. The most common medium-chain fatty acids in MCT oil are caprylic acid (C8) and capric acid (C10).
