Privacy notice

A short, plain explanation of what happens to the information you share with us through this website.

Draft for legal review before launch.

What we collect

Only what you type into an enquiry form: your name, company, email, phone or WhatsApp number, country, and the details of your enquiry (product, quantity, specification, packaging, destination, timeline and message).

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to prepare quotes and supply. We don't sell your information.

How it reaches us

Enquiries are sent to FreshNet Farms by email or through our form provider. We keep them only as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any business that follows.

On this website

The site stores your progress in a form only while the page is open. Maps and fonts are loaded from third-party providers (jsDelivr, cdnjs and Google Fonts), which may see your IP address when they deliver those files.

Your choices

Ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information you've sent us: [email protected]
